International wire transfer Chase Bank won't provide proof of wire transfer 061512

Hello,

I sent an 18000 USD wire from Chase Bank to Bank of Communications on June 15, 2012. Chase says they sent the wire and Bank of Communications sent a text to Chase saying they deposited the funds into the beneficiary's account. The beneficiary says he did not get the money. What should I do? I need to make sure the money is received by the beneficiary. Chase recently closed my accounts. They told me I pose risk to them. I think they think I'm doing fraud, but I am not.

Chase bank acts like they don't know what a tracer is? I've asked them for proof of the transaction and not an email. They keep coming up short with the proof of documentation. I need to ensure that Chase is not holding onto the money since they closed my accounts.
