Corporate Law International Business Banking Agreement

Hello, My partner and I are attempting to open a joint bank account and we reside in seperate countries. I am in
the United States and he is in London, UK. I realize that there are lots of hoops we must jump through to make a joint
account and both become dual signatories on the same account.

I would like to make a legal partnership agreement with him and have the authority to open & operate the
account and also know the demands international laws possess about taxes.

You have to submit an affidavit that shows you are agree to start a joint account and your lawyer can help you on it.
