Interlocutory orders

Is the denial of a Summary Judgment considered an interlocutory order? If the Motion is upheld (and not merely upheld in part), then the decision would be "final" and not interlocutory in nature. But I need clarification...Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Rehearing, which appears to be inappropriate according to the FL R.C.P. and cases I have found which summarily conclude "that Florida law [does] not permit motions for rehearing directed to interlocutory orders," such as orders denying summary judgment.
