insurance Laws in Va

I am looking to find a statute on the books in virginia, which relates to a insurance co. Licensed to do business in that state, from sending false information to the Bureau of Insurance.


I am dealing with an disability insurance co. that has lied to the bureau of insurance in va. We have the proof that they lied in their own letters to the BOI.

Can you help me to locate such a law?


I have searched, findlaw, codes in VA. and countless other places.
