Insurance Adjuster never available!!!

there was a accident involving my vehicle on jan. 30 2011 and i have been trying to contact them so my son could give a recorded statement and she never answers her phone or return any of my phone calls. i have had other people to call and nothing, i called and asked to speak with her immediate superviser and they continue to send me to her voicemail. is there any advice that can help me resolve this matter?

Who is at fault concerning the accident? Was there any injuries? You should be more specific in order for one of us to give you the best direction toward addressing your concerns.
