I am about to have a fence installed. The fence company has been out to mark where the fence is going. I have had the property surveyed and also have a permit from Town Hall.
My question is - the neighbor on the fence side of my property has had a "No trespassing sign" up on the property line for approx 2 months (made out of an old realtor sign/labelled with a magic marker). Now that the property line has been clearly marked ; I see her sign is on my property.
Can I just remove it and throw it away?
