Injury on my property

Got married and had reception at my house. We had a bon-fire outside and everyone was drinking. A girl fell in the fire because she was very intoxicated. She is trying to sue us now to pay for her medical bills. What can we do? Can she sue us for this?

Then you have a big problem. You will have to retain your own attorney and she may very well win, especially if you furnished the liquor.
