Ok, well I am sixteen right now. I am techincally a missing person. BUT, yes there is a but, my mother is the one who filed me missing. This was almost a year ago. The thing about it is my mother has no custody of me at all. She brought me out of state without permission from the friend of the court or my father. Then enrolled me in school. Well after a month or two of living with her, I got a bus ticket back to Michigan. I have been living with my dad for almost the past year. Now here is what all this has to do with inheritance. About two monthes ago, my great step grandma died and left me 10,000 dollars. This grandmother is on my stepdad's side. I am not sure if this will affect me any on getting the money. I just need to know, how i can get this money before I turn eighteen? Can I get the money before, I turn eighteen?
