I am looking to find as much information regarding the buying and selling of Timeshares. I am hoping to find information regarding the laws behind it, the principals behind it, history. Anything and everything regarding Timeshares. I'm looking to become an expert on the subject if possible .So with that in mind it would be really helpful and appreciated if anyone could help with the following questions.
As far as actual Timeshare Law goes would that information be available at the public records office at the courthouse?
Where would be the best place to look for general information and principals behind Timeshare not law related?
Can anyone recommend some literature I can borrow from my local library or even purchase perhaps from a local bookstore or even a credible internet site?
