Incomplete Business Name on Agreement?

This thread's existence seems to belie this statement. If you required payment before doing work, you wouldn't have a problem.

For a brand new client, we typically don't initiate work until first payment is in hand.

Once we've established a regular relationship with the client, we just proceed every month with ongoing work under the assumption that they will pay on time.

This client had paid on time for 3 previous months prior to this issue.
