I have very bad credit and I recently bought a 2010 chevy aveo, but $2200.00 down and salesman said he would do in house financing. which the total financed was $1604.00. now that I have had the car for 3 days and have done stuff to it like 2 new tires and alignment. now the salesman called me and said to bring the car back because they don't want to in house me they want me to go through a bank. and want to charge me $500 to get me finance. and put me into a cheaper car. I have been told that the bushing law doesn't effect me since they were telling me in house. all I want to know is if I am good to keep the car?????

I suggest you return the vehicle today.
If you don't you'll dislike the car dealer's remedy.

Before you do anything I suggest you thoroughly and carefully read your purchase/loan contract and see if the sale was contingent on financing or if the financing was a done deal.

If you cannot figure it out, take it to a lawyer for review and advice.
