My friend went to the park with his girlfriend and didnt know it was after hours. They were cuddling and making out when a police car showed up. He apparently questioned way separately, and got their name number address etc. he then let then go without a ticket or fine and said it wasn't allowed and dont do it again. He didnt call their parents either. Will this go on my friends record? Like is it a criminal thing or will it stop then from getting into college? Please help!
