Improper issue date on a traffic tick

I was given a ticket and the cop put an improper issue date on it, the issue date on the ticket says august 20th, while the date of the offense is listed as june 20th. Is this enough to void the ticket? I appreciate any help, if I dont beat this ticket I will lose my license!

The date has nothing to do with the validity of the charge.

Thanks for your help. I had heard somewhere that errors on the ticket can sometimes be enough to cause the charges to be dismissed. You wouldn't happen to know what those are, would you? Just out of curiosity.
