A Canadian citizen, who lived in many countries, married an American woman and has a child with American citizenship. His job required a lot of travel, and he never had an issue leaving USA and coming back with Canadian passport. Couple years ago he divorced with his wife and got split custody for the child. His new job did not require travel, so he spent more than 6 months in the US. Then he went to Europe and now American officials don't let him back in because he broke immigration law. He has been living in USA since 1993, leases a house, has a car and a lot of other staff. Moreover, he lived in Canada only when he was a child, then he moved to Europe and was there until his arrival to the US. He has nothing and no one in Canada, his child is in USA, but they cannot see each other. Is there any way to enter USA under police control to visit family? How will it be possible to officially reenter the country and at least sell or pack things that should be moved to Canada?
