I'm a C.N.A trying to get back to work. 2015 will be 5 years since I work or gotten into trouble I was ADJ With Held By A judge. Will I Be able to get my background expunge?

There are 2 types of background check. As a CNA, I believe your background check will show the crime and expungement. Check your state licensing authority.

Expungement won't conceal the stain of a conviction.
