I'm a contractor for a moving company and there not showing me my statements now nor are they paying me for my services. What can I do?

I'm a contractor for a moving company and there not showing me my statements now nor are they paying me for my services. What can I do?

They don't have to pay you.
You'll have to sue them.
Even if you win, you won't get paid.
You'll then have to attempt to collect on your judgment.
In Texas the small claims maximum is $10,00.
If you allege they owe you more, you'll need to sue NOT in JP Court; but County Court, or maybe District Court.

If your an independent contractor (sounds like you are), your only recourse is to sue to get a judgment for the money owed. You will then have to pursue collecting the money. (not always easy)
