I'm fighting Muscular Dystrophy Criminal Records, Expungement

    I have Muscular Dystrophy & I need to have my court record espunged.Do I need to be there for this to happen?I know it would cost me more money if a lawyer represents me,but with this illness I was hoping the court had someway to handle this without me showing up [as I am bed ridden]& spending an arm & leg with a lawyer.thks

    "Everthing",because I'm wondering if I can advoid going to court to have this drug felony taken off from 1991, because I'm to sick to go court.thks
