If a decree states for each party to not use the others information for anything, and one of the party does it anyway what should I do to bring them up on charges?

It won't be charges because of the divorce decree.

If you wish to complain about the other party violating the decree, you have to haul them back before that judge.

So, speak with your lawyer.

Otherwise, if someone has misappropriated your identity, you can file a complaint with the police.

hat has nothing to do with the decree.

That would be called "identity theft".

Investigate this company.

They protect your identity.

The cost is worth the hassle a theft can cause.

Good luck.
