and do not have an attorney. if i am found guilty somehow, will i get max sentence? who do i ask about a deal and when? this is for a marijuana possession charge less than a gram. second offense, but this time it really wasnt mine. i owned up to the first one (same charge) and was placed on probation. cant afford a lawyer.
