In Australia, if I was born here and never made an oath to a sovereign or signed anything which actually makes me an "Australian citizen" and never signed any ACTs, will I still be bound to the ACTs in a court of law?
Keeping in mind that being born in Australia does NOT automatically make you an "Australian citizen"
Also keeping in mind that there is no LAW which makes an ACT a LAW
So if I'm not an Australian citizen, and I never signed an act, will a court of law still expect me to follow their ACTs?
