If a signature is missing on my rental application does it VOID the lease?

I signed a lease at an artist Co-op not long ago and the landlord is in dire need of a signature that was left off my rental application. Does this mean everything signed there-after is non-binding? Help.

I don't know why the landlord needs a signature? I don't know who's signature is is missing? I don't know why you're wasting your time asking us, when you have a copy of the lease?

I suggest you discuss this with your landlord. If you're still unclear, ask your landlord questions. If a signature is required, why not just sign the lease?

But, you'd be much better off speaking with the landlord. If you're still confused, hire an attorney and discuss this with your attorney.

No, the missing signature does not automatically void the lease. A written lease is not even a legal requirement.
