Is (Possession of Precursers with Intent to Manufacture),listed under IC 35-47-4-5
Unlawful possession of firearm by serious violent felon? Possession of Precursers is not on the list but Manufacturing a Nacotic Drug is. I was told by the indiana state police that i can own a muzzleloader for hunting as long as (Possession of Precursers with Intent to Manufacture) is not on the list of charges.
