Can anyone give me some advice ?
I had an accident in the USA my lawyer passed me to another lawyer who he now works for. The day before going to court they insisted we settled out of court, so much pressure on my then wife and myself we did what they said, I was never happy to do this I wanted to go to court and leave it to the justice system. Just to put the final nail in my coffin I recieved a mail from somebody telling me I should not of agreed to settle and that there was something not correct about the lawyers even the other sides lawyer was friends with my lawyer and I was told he started working with my lawyers. I feel more unwell now knowing this was possible than I did when I was going through the whole case. I will never recover from my accident medicaly and now I have the burden of injustice to live with. Sorry for the way I write I am not to good these days.
