I was a passenger and the found drug paraphernalia what are my rights

I was a passenger cops found drugs and drug paraphernalia not mine what are my rights if the police try to harass me for it.

In Car friend got pulled over for cracked tail light the ended up finding drug paraphernalia they showed it to me it had something in the needle water for all I know they wouldn't take my word for it when I told them I didn't know it was in the vehicle they searched me because Iet them I got no tickets what are my rights if they harrasss me over something I was unaware

They might have had reason to search the car & you let them search you. You received no ticket. I would let it go - I don't see any actual harassment.
