Criminal Trials, Hearings I reported underage drinking

I called 911 to report underage drinking and the operator told me I could remain anonymous but I still talked to the arresting officer at the time. I have now received a SUBPOENA in the mail to testify, and I don't want to do it. Is there anyway I can get out of it? I was under the impression that I would remain anonymous.
