I pay the rent

I pay the rent and my girlfriends name is on the lease. Long story short, we are breaking up. She thinks that I should move out since she lived there first.She has no job, no source of income. Just because here name is on the lease and not mine, can she have me evicted.
The landlord has been telling her for sometime now that he wants my name on the lease,but she never informed me of this.I have no problem since I pay all the rent and the bills.What should I do?Two years I've live there.

She could get a restraining order against you but she will have to show cause.

If her lease is month-to-month or about to expire, depending on where you live and how protective of tenant's rights the law is there, the landlord could let the lease expire. You could then enter into a separate lease with the landlord. But if she refuses to leave, only the landlord can evict her.

It is that nice of a place, really?
