Other Criminal Charges & Offenses I need some advice and need to know if I have a case for this.

My ex left me after falsely accusing me of wrong doings July 4th 2012 .I spent months trying to prove to him that I did not cheat or lie to him, then went into deep depression. I then realized to let it go because in reality, he was dealing with his own guilt of lying to me about his marriage and was taking it out on me. When I brought up the divorce,he lied about it and stated when he moved out he got a "religious" divorce. After all was said and done, a few months later another woman posted him on cheaterville then ripoff report this year and so on. It wasn't me, thank God. In a rebuttal he blamed me and is threatening to sue me for Defamation of Character. Furthermore, on March 22 he fraudulently shut off my electricity, then he posted an escort ad with my full home address, my pics and my phone #. I have a son and am a single mom. I endured endless calls, my son and I stayed somewhere else for 2 days. I filed report on IC3 already. I am emotionally wrecked. Im a full-time student and dealing with all of these problems and the hurt I am enduring can never be replaced by money. I just don't want him to get away with what he has done. Please let me know what I can do (sue for).Furthermore, is criminal, civil etc??? Thank you for reading,

He is a business owner and extensive $. Therefore, the attorney will not be wasting his/her time. Also what does it take for a valid lawsuit, someone to come to my house who has my info from an escorting ad which he posted, then kill me? Will I have a case then? I
