Hi I have a question my aunt financed a truck and i took over the payments now that im almost done she is saying that I have another year to pay on it witch would make three years but she is also stating she had the car for 2 years and that I have to pay for 3 years because the finance company gave her 5 years to pay it off but wen I look it up on the dmv she actually had the car for 3 years but she is telling me different wat am I suppose to do because now she is trying to take it

If the title is in her name and you were paying her loan, she can tell you whatever she wants. It is her car. You are buying a car for her. Your best course of action is to quit paying and give her the car back. Consider what you've paid up to this point as rental payments.

Her name is on the titles but I have proof of paying it and receipts and texts messages from her since I had the truck
