i was married in 2002 in germany to a german woman, we have two children age 5 and 3, we were seperated in 2004 and divorced in 2005. she lives in holland n a house i bought for my kids. she lied to the german court and got full custody and says she will move back to germany. my question is how can i get my kids? and if i can't get them what do i have pay for child support and partner aliomny(she refuses to work) and for how long?? please help me
