Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant I don't know what is going to happen...

My boyfriend was arrested Sunday morning at 3:30 am, because he was driving with a suspended liscence and has no insurance on his truck. I have no idea what is going to happen to him....someone said he would get arraigned on Tuesday and get his liscense revoked and a fine, but someone else said 90 days in jail......so whats gonna happen?

Nobody can tell you what will happen. We don't know how many times this has happened, whether he has other crimes on his record, nor what state we are talking about. Additionally, there is a certain amount of discretion that is within the judge's purview. I'd say that this was very bad judgment on behalf of your boyfriend but I wish him luck. It is quite possible that he will get jail time for driving with a license that was already suspended but, as I said above, we don't know enough.
