A girl says that I gave her an std, that I never knew I had it in the first place. She asked that i pay for her medication, but i refused. Not only because shes been abusive towards me, I feel she is as much to blame as i am and we are both responsible for our actions [in this case not using protection], she even initiated it by kissing me and performing oraly!! So now, she threatens to take me to court to pay for her medication, claiming I was aware of everything and I knew what I was doing, which is totally false; I haven't had any symptoms what so ever. Been fine, felt fine, thus I could have easily been mistaken. So my question is: does she make a strong case for herself and is she at fault also?
