Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders I committed fraud for a RO please help

I'm 45 years old, live in Marina Del Rey CA: 4 years ago I got a restraining order against a girl i dated for a while. I was very upset that she broke up with me and was now seeing a friend I had introduced her to so i invented things on the internet such as slandering my Matchmaker profile, had strange men from the site call my house so i could document harassment. I made a false police report and filed DV charges against the girl. I placed several slanderous postings on snitchster.com and said she was doing it. I signed on as her "co-worker" and said i saw her doing the postings. I told the judge that she was harassing me and I got a RO for 3 years.

2 years into it, I had friends send me magazine supscriptions and filed another police report saying that she did it. They dismissed the case against her, because there was no proof that she did it and she had an atty this time. But now my past has come to haunt me. Someone snitched on me. The police had a warrent to search my house and took my computer. I since have a new one. but there is incriminating evidence on my computer there is child porn. I need Help. Can they prove I was looking at it? Can I say it just appeared on my computer? I have a lot to lose a new wife, who knows nothing about all this. I don't want it to ever come out.

Can someone please tell me what I can do about the porn and if all the harassment i did to that girl will be seen if they examine my computer would they find the emails to her? Would they do anything to me for committing fraud? Can she come after me after all this time and sue me? or anything? I have recently driven by her house and I think she may have seen me. I don't want to start a war, but is it possible that she would file against me saying I am stalking her? I have heard she has documents from people who denied they did what I said they did in court. she hasn't persued anything to date, but I wonder if she legally can? Please help!

of coarse she can sew you for slander,defermation of charecter, pain and suffering, just to name a few. she could probably get alot of money to. After what you did to her, if she saw you driving by just once she would have every right to say your stalking her. She could also get a restraining order put on you. In all honesty you cant be upset with her for that because you do deserve it.

You commited fraud and filed false police reports, tampered with "evidance" so the courts could also press criminal charges to. and lets not even get on the child porn thing. that could open a hole other can of worms. if they found it on your computer and it was yours then your gonna have a hard time proving its not, givin your past actions. If its not yours then its probably just karma getting you back for ruining her life.

at least im being honest with the fact that im not entirely sure on the answer but as far as i know thats whats going on, opposed to giving out wrong advise. i have been reading some of your posts and most of them are, in fact, wrong. Even i as just a student can see that, which if people want advice then what most likley is true is more helpfull then what is not. And by the way, search incedent to arrest is legal, even with out consent.(I saw that you posted it wasnt but I do assure you that it is.)

I seriously doubt she'd go to the trouble of hiring an atty now. It's been almost 5 years since this whole thing happened. isn't there a statute of limitation on that sort of thing?
In all reality, if she got an atty what could they possibly do?
sue me? I'll deny everythng and then what do they have?

Perceptual problems!

You seem focused on, assuming what you say is legitimate, on totally the wrong issue. A problem with her is a nuisance. The other issues you allege are your minefields. You cannot see the forest for the trees.
