I cannot find the correct law

I am trying to find out what Maryland's law is on videotaping in public. I looked at the Annotated Code of Maryland. But didn't find what I was looking for.

Do you have a specific situation you are wondering about - videotaping who, where at in public & for what reason?

Do you want to know what the law is, or do you want to know if you have a guaranteed right to tape in a given situation?

Example: Even if the state permits you to tape a conversation at work, the employer does not have to allow it and can fire you for taping without permission.
