I am a contactor who didn't get paid

I work as a contractor making phone calls for a company that does seminars for seniors. I work from home making the phone calls and I have a small office in which I fax my work to her. She makes her money when the seminar is done, she tries to solicite them into buying annuities, drawing up wills, trusts, and power of attorneys. After she gets her payments from them, then she pays me, but it's been 3 months since I've gotten anything. Is small claims court an option at this point?

If you're actually an independent contractor, yes - small claims court would be the way to go. You can sue for up to $8,000 in SCC Pa. ($10,000 Philadelphia)
