Eviction Notice How to remove unwanted person from property I own

I own a property that I let my mother and 2 young sibling stay at with no lease agreement and for no rent. My mother allowed her boyfriend who is father of my 2 siblings to move in several years ago without my consent. He pays no rent, does not work nor contributes to any expenses or utilities. My mother and I want him to move out and have verbally demanded so but he refuses. Can I evict him only and not my mother and siblings? If so how much time is he allowed to stay after I give him a notice to leave before I can file eviction?

You can evict just him but it has to be done legally - just asking/telling him to leave is not enough if he will not go. Note army judge's link re procedure to evict.
