Help -
I've read section Sec. 106.12 and chapter 55 (state of Texas) on expunction / expungement and I still get conflicting answers from two attorneys.

My 17 year old was cited for MIP and MIC. Two attorneys have said they will get the MIP charge dropped and request (and probably get a 90 deferral for the MIC, so he will not be convicted of anything... if he remains out of trouble

At the end of 90 days my son will still be 17... and we want to have his record wiped clean. My son is working on college aps and is hoping to play baseball in college (along with a scholarship) Is cleaning his record this possible via expunction as soon has the deferral is over? or do we have to wait until he's 21?

How does the process work? Is there a place to get clear information?? I want to use the attorney who is being upfront and honest with me!

Thanks,
