You need to be 18 in Mo. before you can leave home without your parents' consent.
There is no state where you can leave home without parental permission when you are younger than 18.
There are a couple of states where law enforcement will be reluctant to return you home if you are 17 and in a safe place, but none in which the legal age to leave home is younger than 18.
(and even in the states referenced above, your parents can always come get you themselves - they aren't required to rely on law enforcement.)
