   I receive 15+ calls per day from Kay Jewelers, I've asked them to stop calling as much as it did no good. Is this harassment? I've answered their calls and quite a few times they have asked me if I would be able to borrow money from a family member to pay them and other times I've answered and they have hung up and then about 10 minutes later they call back. What can I do about it?

   Give them back the item securing the loan before they press charges.
