how long do you have to run on warrents Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication

    some friends of mine were arrested for "conspiricy to manufacture and deliver of controlled substane (methamphetamine/extacy)" and were released on bond they then fled the state and are now thousands of miles away how long do they have to stay outta truble untill the statute of limitations are up and they'll be able to live a normal life??? please help i really wanna know

    Statute of limitations are for the crime, warrants never expire, hence if it was the 89th day of a 90 statute, by issuing a warrant they can apprehend the suspect at any time. Sorry about the bad news.
