Naturalization, Citizenship How does a British Citizen who grew up in New York obtain legal status

Hello, i am a British Citizen but came to live in New York City at the age of 5 with my parents. I was living here until 2002 where I have been going to school and also graduated hight school. Because of my legal status i returned to England to go to law school. I have a daughter that was born in New York City and she currently resides with my mother and I also have a finance that is also in New York City. I would like to know what options do I have to return to America legally. Thank you.
