Corporate Law How do I get my name removed from a business?

I am currently trying to get away from a very bad situation. A couple of years ago my boyfriend ask me to let a business we purchased to be put in my name because he couldn't put it in his. I have put every dime I have into this company but he controls everything, including the bank accounts and I get nothing. All licenses are in my name also, the only thing thats not is the property. The situation has turned very bad and I need to get myself and children away from him, so what can I do legally to remove myself from the business and hopefully walk away with some money to take care of my family. I have no idea what to do first, please help.
