How do I find an '02 court record in TX Criminal Records, Expungement

    I am looking for the record of when I was arrested for public intoxication back in 2002. I called the court, in the town the offense occurred, and gave my name and birth date and they couldn't locate the record. I'm needing it to put the date of the incident on my application to take the CPA exam and I can't find it anywhere! Even on a background check I performed! Any help would be appreciated.

    Tell this to the CPA folks ... and it would be a good idea to get the court clerk to write you a letter to that effect.

    If the court can't find the records, no one here could either!
