I believe my structured settlement has been stolen/ taken.
My ex boyfriend has a copy of the JG Wentworth contract and i think he has taken the information and followed threw with either another company or an attorney.
Where can i recieve help for this type of issue?
He has had access to my ID & Social Security card..
I have called and talked with my insurance company that holds all of my settlement, they say that there hasn't been a court order sent to them to release any money, and they re-assured me that all the money is there.
So my main question is, can it be possible for my insurance company to not even have a clue that the money has been cashed out? say with a lum sum company.. like JG Wentworth?
Another question, is it possible that i have lost my money in court, and they don't need approval from my insurance company?
