I was found guilty for running a red light with the camera ticket. It was my sister driving. I went to trial with a witness who is with me during the time the picture was taken and pictures of my family member. The judge without giving any reason why he didn't believe the witness or see the resemblance of the picture, found that he has sufficient proof (the picture on the ticket looks like me and the car is registered to me) to find me guilty.
