If the house has gone to auction where I am living( due to foreclosure of non payment for 13 months) does the old landlord have any legal rights to enter the home where I am living?? She has some furniture here that she wants. I don't mind her getting the items but i am afraid to let them in without my husband here. Do I have the right to refuse them entrance until he's home? We are waiting a notice for us to vacate. We knew nothing about this until today. Help please! Thank you!
