    I CALLED a phone number thats on a website TO GET MY REFUND STATUS HE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY gift card OF $100.00 SO I CAN GET MY REFUND of $69.00

    the total WOULD BE $169.00 I BOUGHT CARD GAVE the reps name was

    he said to give HIM INFO ON CARD THEN HE SAID card wasn't valid

    he also said this call is being recorded for quality purposes

    HE TOLD ME BUY ANOTHER CARD FOR $200 THAT WAS AN EBAY GIFT CARD I TOLD HIM WHY HE SAID NOT TO WORRY THAT THERE AND That THEY WOULDNT SCAM ANYONE

    SO I DID HE EVEn PASSED ME TO HIS MANAGER MANAGER TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THAT I WAS GONNA GET MY MONEY AND IT WAS A TOTAL OF $369.00 NOTHING THEY ROBBED ME. i need help with a legal letter

    You were scammed........ You should contact your local police dept. Nothing anyone can do here for you.

    Yep - you were scammed - you weren't communicating with the folks that you thought you were communicating with.
