hot tub blues

My wife and I purchased a new hot tub in July 07. It took us three months to get them to deliver it. When my electrician showed up to wire it for us, he noticed a pump missing. I contacted the store again, explained that a pump was missing and was told that I should go ahead and fill it, and that a new pump would be sent to me in 2 days. It has been 5 days and still no pump or phone call from store. Anyhow, I filled the tub and it has not heated up as it should. After 4 days it is only 67 degrees. I called the store again, only to be rudely spoken to for Harassing the store. This is a brand new product, which was paid in full. Is there anything I can legally do to get them to fix our new tub or to take it back and give us our money back?
