I was selling on Amazon UK for few years one day about half year ago they closed me down and I was told by 90 days I will receive my funds but till today's day nothing
they are not answering my emails ETC

anyone that could please give me idea how to get back my hard earned money

You need to communicate with Amazon.
Start writing letters.
You might never see a dollar of any money, unless you sue them.
Even if you see, you might never see a penny.
They tend to ignore people like you.
After all, ignoring you allows them to keep your money.
Only a judge can order them to return it.
