My HOA recently allowed itself the power to fine. They unilateraly changed the documents to do it. While they have this power, I think they went too far. This grossly changes the contract I agreed to when I bought my lot and built my home.
It is laughable to imagine a tribunal or court being held by your accursers who are also sitting as judges.
Can this be challaged as a Constitutional issue?
