HOA just created the power of FINES...Can I file a Constitutional Claim?

My HOA recently allowed itself the power to fine. They unilateraly changed the documents to do it. While they have this power, I think they went too far. This grossly changes the contract I agreed to when I bought my lot and built my home.

It is laughable to imagine a tribunal or court being held by your accursers who are also sitting as judges.

Can this be challaged as a Constitutional issue?

Of course it can be challenged...do you think you live in East Germany? Go kick their ass and send them back to where ever they came from!
PS don't waste your time or money on a lawyer, they really hate it when you try to kill their golden goose. Allowing idiot BODs to fine neighbors is one of the best ways to insure permanant hate in the community, and infinite conflict and legal problems!
