i just got my second dwi and i am on felony probation. my probation officer violated me but told me i wont do any jail time. i just went for a forensic evaluation. what happens next?

Hire a lawyer, or ask the court to appoint one to represent you. Then speak ONLY to your lawyer. Silence is your friend. So is self enrollment is alcohol abuse counseling and AA programs.
